Riesling is undoubtedly Germany's most famous wine grape. And there are quite some differences in taste and style in the various wine regions. The Classics include two bottles each of off dry Rieslings from the Pfalz, Rheingau and Rheinhessen. The fragrant Ellerman-Spiegel Schlabberwein Riesling from the Pfalz area offers peach and melon aromas paired with a nice minerality. The Rheingau style Riesling Classic from Daniel has typical citrus fruit flavours and a great refreshing taste. Last but not least the organic Karl May Classic features a great balance, apple and lime aromas and makes it almost impossible to stop sipping it.
