01. Payment

All product prices listed on our website are quoted in HK$.

We accept payment by all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). For the payment processing, we use PayPal which provides a secure credit card handling service on their website. No credit card details are asked for, accessed or retained by Chilled Wine or any associated company.

We also accept payment by bank transfer upon checkout; however, the funds must be received in our account first before we will ship the goods. In order to speed up the process, you may send the bank confirmation with the transaction details to info@chilled-wine.com. We will then immediately prepare your parcel for shipment.

The upper purchase limit for an order on this website is capped at HK$20,000 per transaction. For any purchase exceeding the value of HK$20,000, please call our customer service hotline at +852 3565 0399.

02. Pricing

Your purchase made on www.chilled-wine.com is subject to our sole discretion and to the availability of stock. A final and conclusive invoice will be presented to you upon delivery. We also reserve the right to limit or decline sales to any customers.

We are making every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions of goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is incorrect, and we discover this upon processing your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
