Lovely silky mousse, fine, tightly-packed bubbles. The wine displays tints of pale yellow. Nice green apple and citrus character on the nose, which is very fine, harmonious and enticing. Straightforward and elegant on the palate with delicate, vineyard peach-like fruity notes.
