Description
The base wine for this bubbly comprising Pinot Noir and Acolon grapes made by the special mehod of rose wine production, when the first juice is taken just by draining (in France know as Saignee). The grapes are harvested early in the morning taking advantage of the cool temperature. The alchololic fermentation takes place in stainless steel wihc preserves fruitiness and freshness.
