Description
The Poggiotondo Chianti Superiore DOCG 2015 combines a long complex finish with velvety tannins, an intense nose and a well-balanced structure. The grapes are chosen carefully by hand from the low yielding Poggiotondo estate and are matured in seasoned French oak barrels for 12 months resulting in wonderful black and red fruits aromas and an enviable balance. As an outcome you receive a clean Tuscan Chianti from Alberto Antonini, owner of the Poggiotondo estate and one of the world’s Top 5 wine consultants.
