Description
Mash fermentation with long contact between mash and wine to bring out a lot of flavour and colour from the grapes; storage in little oak casks for 18 months, bottle ageing after filling. Deep garnet red. Aromas of red berries and cherries, light fragrance of violet. Rich body with ripe velvety tannins.
